What happens if l refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender?
- If the delivery cannot be completed or the package is rejected, it will be returned to the sender. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund, minus the shipping cost.
- Important: If the carrier is DHL and the package is rejected, it will not be returned to us, and we won’t be able to process a refund.
